Every membership can work differently

Each membership type can include its own bookings, discount rates, and charges. A resident member might get meeting rooms included; a flex member might pay per booking at their own rate; a team plan might share an allowance. You decide the rules — SIM applies them automatically at booking and billing.

Control who can book what

In a coworking space, not every member should be able to book everything.

SIM lets you set booking rights by member type, subscription, allowance, discount or approval status, so restricted equipment can only be booked by members who are allowed to use it.
